Delete Your Account & Data

1. Delete your account and all data

In the app (fastest)

• Open the Olvi app and sign in.
• Go to the Profile tab.
• Tap “Delete account” at the bottom of the screen.
• Confirm when prompted. Your account and all associated data are deleted immediately.

By email

If you cannot access the app, email support@olvi.io from the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my account.” We will verify your request and permanently delete your account and data within 30 days.

2. Delete specific data (without deleting your account)

You can remove individual items in the app while keeping your account:

• Meals — open a meal from your log and delete it, or remove individual ingredients within it.
• Water entries — open Activity → Water and tap “Delete entry.”
• Weight and other health metrics — open the entry and delete it.

These deletions take effect immediately and are removed from our servers.

3. What is deleted

When you delete your account, we permanently remove:

• Your profile — name, email, phone, and country.
• All health and nutrition data — your health profile, medical conditions, goals, logged meals, nutrition and micronutrient records, exercise logs, weight and other body metrics, glucose readings, and water logs.
• Your meal photos.
• Your AI coach conversations.
• Your streaks, badges, and app settings.
• Your sign-in identity, so the account can no longer be used to sign in.

4. What is retained, and for how long

After deletion we retain only the minimum required for security and legal compliance:

• De-identified audit records — an action type and timestamp only, with no health data or personal content — retained for up to 6 years as required by applicable law.
• Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged on our rolling backup cycle, within 30 days.
